The Center for Food and Nutrition Studies, Universitas Gadjah Mada proudly presents the 7th IUMS Outreach Program 2025. This 2-day international seminar will bring together renowned experts from around the world and Indonesia to address the urgent issue of global warming and microbial food safety, including mycotoxin risk, pathogenic microbes, and global food system adaptation.
